CONTENTS:
Essential oils of cedarwood, rosemary, clary sage, grapefruit, thyme, juniper in a base of grapeseed, jojoba, and coconut oils
Usage Description: Pour a small amount of oil – about half a teaspoon into a saucer and dip the tips of your fingers into the oil. Massage gently the scalp for about 2 minutes and let it stay for at least 45 minutes before washing hair. For the oils to be absorbed effectively a warm towel may be wrapped around the head after applying – this is a further recommendation, but not a requirement. Use mild shampoo to wash hair. A few drops of this blend can also be added to your regular shampoo or conditioner to give an added boost. Do this every 2 days for best results.

CONTENTS:
Essential oils of birch, eucalyptus, peppermint, camphor in a base of grapeseed, jojoba, and sweet almond oils
Usage Description: Apply a small amount to the painful or affected area. Gently massage onto the skin until fully absorbed. To maximize the benefits try to keep the area with a warm towel about 5 minutes after the application.
